Bursaries

Bursaries are given by our Firm to assist actuarial students from disadvantaged communities at Wits and other tertiary institutions.

Procurement

Our Firm's procurement policy is structured to encourage entrepreneurship by channeling purchases through smaller firms.

Upliftment

It is our policy to actively be involved in the upliftment of the community. On one day of each year the entire staff are involved in an appropriate project.

• 2005 - we spent a day with Habitat for Humanity building a house in Ivory Park, Midrand.
  
  
• 2006 - we spent a day renovating the house of an impoverished pensioner in Davidsonville, Roodepoort.
  
  
• 2007 - we spent a day furnishing the children's wards at Baragwanath Hospital with educational toys.
  
  
• 2009 - we spent a day renovating and refilling sandpits at the Lambano Sanctuary for HIV+ children.
