Arthur Els & Associates has 16 permanent staff members who are all dedicated to the provision of the highest standard of actuarial advice and services. We also have five staff working on a contract basis for accounting, IT and other services. Further staff will be appointed as the business expands.
Of our 16 staff members, 3 are qualified actuaries and 2 are approved valuators of retirement funds in South Africa with over 30 years' of experience. A further 9 staff members are university graduates, most of whom are in the process of completing their exams to qualify as actuaries with the Institute of Actuaries in London or the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland.
