Staff Complement

Arthur Els & Associates has 15 permanent staff members who are all dedicated to the provision of the highest standard of actuarial advice and services. We also have five staff working on a contract basis for accounting, IT and other services.

Of our 15 staff members, 3 are qualified actuaries and all 3 are approved valuators of retirement funds in South Africa with over 40 years' of experience. A further 9 staff members are university graduates, most of whom are in the process of completing their exams to qualify as actuaries.

Our staff includes 2 CFA Charterholders, an FRM, and a CERA.
