BEE Initiatives undertaken by the Company

Arthur Els & Associates is committed to applying the principles underlying BEE legislation and the necessary work has been carried out with the assistance of BEE consultants, Gestalt Growth Strategies.

Our BBBEE rating

We are classified as a Qualifying Small Enterprise and in terms of the official scorecard we score 98.7%. This makes us a superior contributor at Level Two in terms of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice that were promulgated by the Department of Trade and Industry. This means that clients can claim 125% of our fees as procurement from a BEE service provider.

We are now awaiting our official rating certificate from VeriCom (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Nafcoc-JCCI.
